Michael Harrington
Founder & President
With over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Michael founded NoblePort Construction LLC with a vision to deliver exceptional craftsmanship to the coastal communities of New England. A licensed general contractor and certified green builder, he oversees every project from initial consultation through final walkthrough. Michael holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders.
Sarah Brennan
Vice President & Project Manager
Sarah brings 18 years of construction management expertise to NoblePort, specializing in large-scale residential renovations and new builds. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional client communication skills ensure every project stays on schedule and within budget. Before joining NoblePort, Sarah managed multi-million dollar projects for leading firms in Boston. She holds a PMP certification and a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
James Callahan
Site Supervisor & Safety Director
James is the backbone of NoblePort's on-site operations, managing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring the highest safety standards across all projects. With 12 years of field experience and OSHA 30-hour certification, he coordinates subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries with precision. James is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to solve complex construction challenges in real time.
Maria Delgado
Interior Design Specialist
Maria transforms spaces with her keen eye for design and deep understanding of how form meets function. Specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, she works closely with clients to select materials, finishes, and layouts that reflect their personal style while maximizing functionality. Maria holds a degree in Interior Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and has been featured in New England Home Magazine for her coastal-inspired designs.
David Thompson
Lead Carpenter & Master Craftsman
David is a third-generation carpenter whose passion for woodworking and precision craftsmanship is evident in every project he touches. With 20 years of experience in custom cabinetry, trim work, and structural framing, he leads NoblePort's carpentry team with expertise and pride. David specializes in period-accurate restoration work for historic New England homes and has earned recognition from the Preservation Alliance for his restoration of several landmark properties.
